𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮?

Last month, Michiel and Daaf headed over there to see for themselves.

There, we work alongside Spices Rwanda Ltd., our local partner. They work with growers and their families on a daily basis, helping them to improve their chilli cultivation. Through training and support, they are helping them build a stable income and greater independence.

During their visit, Michiel and Daaf went out into the fields. They spoke to growers, observed how things really work, and identified what is going well and where there is room for improvement.

And that remains the most valuable aspect. The potential is there, but it's all about the execution. The knowledge is there, but it still needs to be applied effectively in the field every day.

That is where the focus will lie for the coming period.
