Last Wednesday, we completed session 3 out of 4 in another insightful DISC training series, led by CC-Developement and expertly facilitated by Elena Malkova.
Through these training sessions, we not only gain a deeper understanding of our own behavior and communication styles but also those of our colleagues. These new insights are helping us connect better, complement each other's strengths, and collaborate more effectively ๐
