Yes, the cherry season is about to start! 🍒
The last few months we had ideal weather conditions in all growing areas, so it looks like it’s going to be a great (and tasty) cherry season!
We’ll start the season in Spain. Last year there were relatively few cherries from Spain due to the frost in April. Fortunately, we don't have to deal with that this year and we expect that there will be a lot of availability. Also in other growing areas such as Italy, Greece and North Macedonia we expect a good harvest. In the Netherlands we expect a later start of the season (due to the cold spring). The good varieties will start around week 27.
