Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of hosting Alexander Habash Eide and Mounir Naim Setton from BAMA Gruppen AS during their visit to the Agadir region in Morocco.
BAMA spent a week in the region visiting suppliers and I joined them for a day to visit several of our partner growers. Always good to be out in the fields together and show where the product actually comes from.
It was a strong day with good conversations and interesting feedback. The BAMA team also shared some useful insights with the growers on how operations can improve even further, exactly why these visits matter.
Since the end of 2025 STC International B.V. has been supplying BAMA, so it was great to strengthen the relationship and show the people behind the production.
We wrapped up the day with a good dinner in Agadir, the best way to finish a long day in the fields.
The next day I stayed one more day to visit a few additional growers and our own production locations together with Mustafa Bakkali.
Days like this remind me why I love this job!!! 😍
