Proud to Celebrate 20 Years of Rica Fruta

It promises to be a very special year, Rica Fruta is celebrating its 20th anniversary!
Several of our growers have been with us since the very beginning, and over the years new partners have joined along the way. It is especially rewarding to see that we are now working closely with the next generation. That continuity and shared commitment are what make our partnership so strong.

Our growers are working tirelessly from sunrise to sunset to ensure that only the very best quality melons make their way to our customers. This year, we are active in four different growing regions, allowing us to spread risk and secure a stable supply despite unpredictable weather. Fortunately, this season's weather conditions have been excellent.

Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting our company in Costa Rica. Growing conditions are outstanding and productivity looks very promising. It is always inspiring to walk through the fields, see the fruit being carefully packed, and watch the containers depart for Puerto Limón, a great reminder of the teamwork and dedication behind every shipment. In the coming months, we will once again proudly supply our many loyal customers across Europe with premium melons grown by our team in Costa Rica. There where the jungle meets the ocean!
