𝐅𝐕 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐪𝐭 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝟏𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬!🥳
The adventure began in 2011 with an idea, a slogan and an initial name: MB, named after the founders Martijn De Graaf (now Managing Director Farmhouse International) and Bas Rensen (current CEO Best Fresh Group). The name was soon changed to FV Seleqt, inspired by Fine Vegetables.
𝐖𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝟏𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬:
✅ From a start in Valstar's large office to several relocations, and now back to the same place.
✅ Growing into the European specialist in fine vegetables, with our own cultivation sites and a strong network of partner growers.
✅ A wide range: from the world's smallest tomato to sugar snaps and Bimi®, of which we have been a proud licensee for many years.
✅ Merged with Eminent Food two years ago and still a proud seller of the Eminent brand.
We have also experienced unforgettable moments, such as the time when no products came from Kenya... because there was a tiger on the farm! 🐅
Thank you to everyone who is part of this story, colleagues, customers, growers and partners. Together we make FV Seleqt what it is today. Here's to the next 15 years!💪
