As we enter the final stretch of 2025, I wanted to hit pause for a moment. Before we go all the way into what's next, it felt right to reflect on what we've built so far.
This is a year of progress. Not just in what we achieve, but in how we grow: through sharper focus, stronger collaborations, and deeper alignment. We keep raising the bar. The merge with Westfalia Fruit is a milestone, but more importantly, a launchpad. It sharpens our mission and strengthens our impact.
The last few months have been intense. Strategic shifts, new dynamics, bold decisions. But also: laughter in the office, late-night calls, unexpected wins, and moments of real connection. That's what makes this journey meaningful.
We took a moment to appreciate the people who make it all happen. A team dinner and bar hop in Amsterdam with the Avojoy crew and Van der Spijk family. Lunch with the advisors and legal team who stood by us through every bold decision.
