Starting a business in a new market - do you first set-up the business or do you first land a customer?

Our goal for the coming years is to land in as many countries that (fresh) cargo originates from. By being at both ends of the trade, we can provide greater control and better service across supply chains.
Last summer, Patrick onboarded shippers in Guatemala, Honduras and Costa Rica, proving that shippers at origin love our digital platform for managing their cargo. We quickly launched a Spanish version - with Britt and John handling follow-ups.
In the last eight weeks, Johanna and Florian traveled to Colombia, meeting new potential customers and partners to validate this exciting new market.
Within weeks, Jhoanna returned with Shypple's first Colombian customers!
Now, it's time to set up shop and hit the ground running. Proud to see Shypple's true hustle culture in action: build, measure, learn—and grow into new markets!
