Tijdens het event worden er lezingen gegeven door verschillende experts, spreken innovatieve Duitse bedrijven over hun producten en diensten en krijgt u de mogelijkheid om individuele gesprekken aan te gaan met deze partijen.
Kunstmatige intelligentie en autonome mobiele robotsystemen
De kern van Industrie 4.0 is gericht op twee ontwikkelingen: netwerk en zelfregulering. Tot nu toe werden machines centraal beheerd en werd informatie verzameld in verschillende afzonderlijke systemen. Dankzij de interdisciplinaire benadering van industrie 4.0 kan de transparantie van de informatie zo worden vergroot dat deze automatisch wereldwijd wordt uitgewisseld en zo nodig realtime kan worden geoptimaliseerd. Hierdoor worden systemen steeds beter beheersbaar: machines, opslagsystemen en apparatuur zijn slim met elkaar verbonden.
Marktkansen
Nieuwe slimme technologieën kunnen het antwoord zijn op de vraagstukken van vandaag zoals de krimpende beroepsbevolking. In de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, de chemische industrie, de offshore-industrie en in vele andere sectoren zijn er veel kansen aanwezig. Het symposium heeft als doel toenadering te zoeken tussen Nederlandse en Duitse partijen die op deze gebieden samen willen innoveren.

14:00-14:30 Intelligent Packaging - Increasing food quality and shelf life by Dr. Jenneke Heising , Teacher, Department of Agrotechnology and Food Sciences at University of Wageningen. Dr. Heising and her colleagues are researching the interaction between packaging and the quality of food, particularly in the field of active and intelligent packaging. They develop mathematical models to describe, predict and simulate the quality (e.g. shelf life) of food throughout the entire chain. They also study food packaging from a consumer and management perspective.
